Eligibility Criteria
- You must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent to apply for a master’s program.
- You must have a master’s degree or equivalent to apply for the Ph.D. program.
- Not be a domestic student, as defined as being a student who is an Australian citizen ; or an Australian permanent resident or holder of an Australian Permanent Humanitarian visa; or a New Zealand citizen; and
- Be commencing or enrolled in a HDR program (for which GUIPRS support is available) at Griffith University.
- A GUIPRS will not be awarded to a candidate who is in receipt of an equivalent award or scholarship from the Commonwealth Government designed to offset HDR program tuition fees.

- The application deadline to apply for the Griffith University Higher Degree by Research Scholarships 2024 in Australia is 5 September 2023 for international offshore scholarship applicants; and 19 September 2023 for domestic and international onshore applicants.
