- An applicant does not need to hold an EU / EEA passport and may not be eligible for support in the framework of the Dutch scholarship and loan system.
- An applicant must have completed secondary education and / or a study program outside the Netherlands.
- A candidate must be 10% better than their undergraduate class by demonstrating a class letter or certificate.
- A candidate must have applied for the qualifying master’s program at the university.
