Le programme de master structuré de l'AIMS s'étend sur trois semestres. La phase de compétences requises du cours AIMS permet de construire un ensemble standard de compétences de base pour la résolution de problèmes : estimation, calcul, approximation, modélisation, analyse de données et statistiques. La phase d'examen facultatif permet aux étudiants d'appliquer ces compétences dans certains des domaines scientifiques les plus passionnants.
Au cours de la phase finale du cours AIMS, les étudiants réalisent un projet de recherche et rédigent un rapport scientifique sous la supervision d'un chercheur expert sur un sujet de leur choix. Les recherches initiées dans le cadre de ces projets se transforment souvent en travaux de recherche de troisième cycle après le cours AIMS.

Application Documents
Applicants must hold or expect to obtain by the date of commencement of AIMS training a 4-year university degree in mathematics or any other science/engineering discipline with a significant mathematics component.
Candidate records must demonstrate strong mathematics, leadership and community service skills.

Funding:
No registration fees are required for the candidates selected for the Master’s degree. Full scholarships covering tuition, accommodation, meals and travel expenses are also awarded to successful applicants.
